On the instructions of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, the National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, arrived this evening in Minsk, the capital of the friendly Republic of Belarus, for an official visit.

This visit falls within the framework of supporting the positive momentum characterizing relations between Algeria and Belarus. The Minister of State is scheduled to be received by the President of the Republic of Belarus and will also meet with the Speaker of the Belarusian National Assembly.

Mr. Ahmed Attaf will also meet with his Belarusian counterpart to assess the current state of bilateral relations and explore ways to strengthen them, in addition to exchanging views on international and regional issues of mutual interest.
