We have the honor to inform you that it has been decided to authorise on an exceptional basis, until October 31, 2024.
Algerian nationals holding valid foreign passports to enter and leave the national territory without the obligation to first obtain a visa following one of the two (2) options.
- A valid foreign passport, accompanied by an Algerian biometric and national identity card, even if the latter has expired.
- A valid foreign passport accompanied by an expiredAlgerian biometric passport for people who are not in possession of a CNIBE card.
